- 1 Tbs of Garlic
- 1 Tbs of Chili Peppers
- 1 diced tomato
Seasoning
- Boullion Paste, Cube, or Powder
- Complete Seasoning

🍽️ Instructions
Prepare
- Prepare Okra by trimming the stem and tip and finely slicing several pieces at a time.
- Cut up aromatics to a fine mince and tomatoes to a small dice.
Cook Aromatics
- Cook onions until beginning to brown over a medium heat.
- Add garlic and chili, cook until fragrant.
Cook Slime, Develop Color
- Add all of your Okra and mix aromatics away from the bottom of the pan.
- Add boullion paste or seasoning of choice, stiry to incorporate.
- Allow Okra to cook over a medium until slime evaporates and Okra begins to carmalize.
- Stir very little at first to allow slime to cook and browning to occur. The Okra mucus prevents browning if stirred often.
- Add tomatoes at the sign of carmalizing to melt into Okra.
- Continue to cook until camralized. Season to taste.
