🌾 Ingredients
Veggies
- 5 Cups of Spinach
- 1 Cup of Bok Choy
- 3-4 Thai Chili Peppers
- 2 Tbs of Onion
- 1 Tbs of Garlic
- 8 oz of grated coconut
Seasoning
- Complete Seasoning or Salt
- Jeera Seeds and Powder
- Nutmeg or All Spice

🍽️ Instructions
Cook Aromatics
- Cook onions and garlic until golden brown.
- Add chili peppers minced or whole.
Add Spinach and Wilt
- Add Spinach and Bok Choy. Season, stir up ingredients and cover the lid to let the spinach wilt.
- Periodically stir from the bottom to allow new spinach to wilt down.
Add Coconut
- Once spinach is completely wilted and its water cooked out, add grated coconut and season to taste.
- Cook for a few minutes or until frozen grated coconut’s water evaporates.
- Add additional seasoning to taste or raw spices like grated nutmeg and all spice berries.
